To Make a Purchase

Please browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details which we need to complete the order.

We accept cheque, credit and debit card payments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Maestro. We take payment at the time you order. If your choice is not in stock then a zero will show, and you will not be able to order on line.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.

We do not accept any consequential loss to the buyer or any other person arising from the contract between the buyer and Tiger Moth Experience.

Tax Charges

For all orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in the goods price.

Your credit/debit card details are never held on any of Tiger Moth Experience’s systems.

When you pay by credit/debit card we use the services of a very secure payment service provider, WorldPay.

When you click to make a payment by card you will automatically be linked to the secure payment pages onWorldPay’s secure servers.

The data sent from your computer is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer with 128 bit encryption) to prevent anyone else getting access to this data.

WorldPay uses session cookies for the duration that you are connected to their secure payment pages.

Cancellations and Returns

In the event that the flight is cancelled due to our aircraft becoming unserviceable and no suitable future flight date can be agreed, we will refund the full amount.

In the event that the flight is cancelled by The Tiger Moth Experience, due to unexpected weather conditions or for any other reason within 1 calendar week of the flight and we are unable to arrange another suitable future date, refund will be negotiable dependent on circumstances.

If you cancel more than one calendar month prior to your flight or for purchases where the flight date has not been booked, we will refund the full amount minus administration and gift pack costs of £50 (£20 for standby flights)

If you cancel less than one month, but more than 14 days prior to the flight we will refund £20 for deposit only payments or 50% for full payments.

We do not offer refunds if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the date of the flight.

We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for travel or accommodation and we do suggest that you always contact us before leaving home for the most recent update to the weather.

For merchandise items purchased from our online shop we offer a full refund (minus postage costs) if the item is returned complete, unused and in it’s original packaging.  The buyer must pay for return postage.

Tiger Moth Experience do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party (our carrier) will not disclose any of your details to any other third party.
